My complaint:
Was sat at the front got up to get of the bus..driver told me to sit down while it pulled in the bay..I thought he was joking..he said if I and another man didn’t sit then he would stop and refuse to let us off the bus for work.bearing in mind he let other people of well before there stop..I felt very intimidated by this driver very rude..he wouldn’t give me his name or number..and I had purchased my weekly day before so I couldn’t get his name.this happen on the 19th of February on the 54 bus coming from Willerby to the interchange..it was the 6.am bus.
Suggested solution:
I have never had any problems with any of your drivers before this.personally I don't think he should be driving for your company.
