My complaint:
Right number 13 from Bridlington 738 has been putting loads off passenger’s on the bus when there is no need in it at all you need to do something about this happening all the time
Suggested solution:
Tell bus drivers not to let too many passengers on the buses from holiday parks at all it's not on at all
