My complaint:
On 27.07.2023, i experienced three failed transactions because everytime i booked my flight ticket, the booked was rejected saying the airlines rejected the booking. So everytime the booking amount was refunded to my wallet as bank transfer would take as per them atleast 3 days. Now after this i initiated the bank refund request of amount 108788/- on 27.07.2023 but today it is 13.08.2023. Even after passage of 20 days the amount is not refunded. I mailed them numerous times, they are not responding. The amount involved is very high amount and they are not refunding me. I dont know whom to approach.
Suggested solution:
THE EASEMY TRIP PLATFORM SHOULD REFUND MY AMOUNT OF 108788/- TO MY ACCOUNT. FROM THE SCREENSHOT IT IS VERY CLEAR THAT I INITIATED THE BANK REFUND REQUEST BUT THEY ARE NOT REFUDING.
