My complaint:
I was working for dunnes during 1 year. There are specific two manager called (Marcin) polish man and (Carl) irish man. Both of them totally racist’s and unprepared for being a manager.
They disrespect many staff, and every phrase they say, 3 words are “fucking”. Yesterday Sunday 23rd, after waiting 30 minutes outside on the street, ( because no one opened the door) to enter and start my work, Carl (manager) came to open the door and said to me” we are fuckin busy inside, i dont give a fuck how long you are here,… things got bad and they fired me .. this is the capitalist rotten system. Power… but they cannot threat people and even more, immigrants like these. I will report them to whoever and wherever i can. Im unemployed now.
Suggested solution:
Firing those managers and have the control pf dunnes in Ilac. Because you can ask everyone, dunnes in ilac is completely lost and worse from others, no management. They are racists, xenophobic
