My complaint:
Hello I went to dunnes to make some shopping and after paying I dropped a box of dairy free yogurt – no action from staff just in front of me, so I told her about the incident she made me clean and told to throw in the bin but I was full of bags and I would expect a dinner staff to mop or help me
She was very rude and made me cross the shop pointing to put in the bin the yogurt. I think it was very rude – since I dropped in the store usually other places clean and don’t ask the client.
Suggested solution:
Saying what is the practise of store when clientes drop things - make they clean ?
