My complaint:
I left my club card at home on Tuesday when I did my Christmas shopping and the cashiers say it ok keep your receipt and you can get them add later that was fine as I had spend 185 euro ,so today I went back to dunnes in thurles and ask can you put my point on please so she say to me yes but you barely in time to do so I say what do you mean ye were closed for a couple of day and we were also to go out with covid so she carry on and began to put them another lady appear and say you didn’t shop in this store you shopping in Tipperary so we cant put them on so iask to speak to a manager’s she no we cant put them on well I say so I just have to loose them she say yes well I say her that it wasn’t fair she them realise I was getting upsetting abouts it and agree to put them on so I say thank you but I just dont understand why we get a refund in any off there store and we can’t get on point on in any store
Suggested solution:
Well they need to change their policy or at least when I didn't have my card I should have been told to bring back to that store ,Also I felt very upset because I felt there where talk about me
