My complaint:
Went shopping today in this branch of Dunnes Stores. When I came to the fishcounter the person in charge did not want to serve me as ‘he was on his break’. When I went to pay with my Dutch bank card it was not excepted. The cashier told me it was a gift card. When I said it was a bank card which is accepted in Tesco’s, i was told ‘what about the attitude’. I was referred to customer service, which said exactly the same. A kind of treatment of a customer unheard off. Normally a customer should be aided not scolded unjustifiably.
Suggested solution:
Give staff good training in customer care, so they try to help customers not scold them.
