My complaint:

Hi, I visited your store tonight, Sunday Jan 17th at 7:15pm in the swan centre. It was the grocery store division.

I have a mask exemption and one of your managers named Usman, aggressively shouted at me from a distance as though I were a criminal and then demanded that I put on a mask.

I explained that I have a medical exemption and he told me that I have to wear proof of the exemption to go shopping. I told him this is false and against the data protection act.

I am so tired of being discriminated against in your stores. This is the second manager of a Dunnes store to treat me rudely and to embarass me in your stores over my disability. Please educate your managers, send out a memo, do something, so I can continue shopping with your stores and shop in peace without being humiliated or harassed.

Thank You.
