My complaint:

My aged mother, 86 years old, kathleen Hayde was as she foes evety week with me doing her weekly shop. She approached the check out and all was fine until she went to pay the person on the till askef if she had a voucher of which she had but he took the money first and then said it had gone through and he could not put the voucher in then
I felt it was harsh on a lady of that age and could have offered her a €10 voucher as a token of good will to a loyal customer.

Suggested solution:

A €10 voucher and a letter of apology would be nice.
