Complaint: Service is unacceptable lately

My complaint:

My Husband likes Dunkin Donuts so every afternoon I take him to the drive-up to get his coffee and Donut. The employees there are getting worse every time we go, first it was forgetting his donut, then it was giving me the wrong order, and the pay-off was when I went to take his coffee from a girl and she did not have the top on and the coffee spilled over on my hand and burnt it. She offered me no ice ,just handed me some napkins saying I am sorry.My Son also has problems there, he orders expresso shots and they forget the expresso shot, after he pays for it. There are a couple of employees that do go out of the way, one male and one girl, the rest forget it. It is on top of our home and my husband is ill,so he does not get it when I want to go elsewhere??
