My complaint:
Each Sunday morning, we stop at the Dunkin Donuts drive-through on West Fourth Street in Lewistown, PA. My order is always one extra large coffee with cream. For the past two weeks, I have been given milk in my order, not cream as requested. Since I live about fifteen miles from this store and do not drink my coffee right away because it is too hot, returning to the store is not an option. Do your employees not know the difference between milk and cream?? It is very annoying not to get what you ordered. If I wanted coffee with milk, I could get that at home.
Suggested solution:
Get the order correct the first time. If they didn't have time to get it right the first time, what makes them think they will get it right the second? This is not a difficult order. Apparently, someone on the crew needs to be educated on the difference between milk and cream. If it is not available, then I should be informed, but I really doubt that this is the problem. I think a fair resolution would be two free coffees, or at least JUST GET IT CORRECT the FIRST TIME!!
