My complaint:
Twice I ordered door dash delivery . I ordered JELLY doughnuts . First time .I got custard (not jelly). Tried again yesterday ,ordered jelly doughnuts . Got ASSORTED , NOT one jelly in the dozen. For what it cost . I should get MYCHOICE ,Not some employees choice .
Suggested solution:
Contact customer regarding replacements . I use another service to deliver Publix . And they give OPTIONS or REFUND if product cannot be supplied. All costs to me were $32 for a dozen doughnut that someone else CHOOSE . I did not even get the courtesy of a refund because product might not be available .
I cannot fault door dash as they only deliver . They do not put the order together . I hate being charged for something I DID NOT ORDER
