My complaint:
When I order a Latte, I always order it with less ice. That gives me more of the product I love! But so often, they don’t honor that request. When I pay over $4.00 for a drink, I expect it to be correct, and to last more than 10 minutes.
Suggested solution:
By giving me a gift of Lattes.
