My complaint:
I walked into Dunkin Donuts this morning and ordered two old fashion donuts and two egg and cheese wraps, the person in front of me ordered two donuts and a bagel, after he waited nearly ten minutes to get his order i stood there and waited fifteen minutes for my order, after fifteen minutes I told the cashier that I wanted to cancel my order I was late for work because of Their horrible service, I was told thats not going to happen and he walked away, about three minutes later the cashier tossed me my order from about fifteen feet away, I will not be going back to that dunking again and I think the guy should be terminated.
Suggested solution:
there pretty much isnt anything they will do, I just wont ever go there again
