My complaint:
I just ordered a medium Iced chai latte at this location. I have ordered this from this location before and they were always good. Today it had no taste, too much milk. I ended up throwing it away. Very disappointed.
Suggested solution:
I guess whoever made it should be retrained on how to make them.
