My complaint:
Clerk did not follow instructions and did not tighten lid on hot coffee. Kaitlynn failed to secure the lid on my hot coffee and when I left it popped open and soaked my hand and burned. When I returned it she said nothing no apology and then said she had to make a new pot. I also asked her to give me a bagel not toasted and explained that I wanted to bring it home so that it was hot by toasting it myself. When I got home I opened up the bag and the bagel was toasted therefore I received a cold bagel. Even on the receipt it indicates not toasted. See receipt attached
Suggested solution:
Provide me with a refund or credit towards another purchase as I live at the apartments directly behind this store and go there frequently. I also know others who go to the store.
