My complaint:
I frequently go to the Dunkin store close to my home to purchase a large original blend hot coffee, today when I purchased it, it had a different lid on it, the lid had a small oval hole in the lid with NO CLOSURE!!!! Like the previously lids had where you can reclose the opening so the coffee will not spill out. I asked the worker and she said that corporate changed the lid to this new style. Bring back the original flip top lid. Plus the opening is not very sanitary by being open and not able to close when not drinking and keeping the coffee hot.
Suggested solution:
Go back to the flip top lid!!!!!!!!!
