My complaint:
Yesterday I went to this Dunkin Donuts and arrived there at 5:37pm. I waited at the speaker for nearly 3 min until someone said they were closed. I asked don’t you close at 6pm and the gentleman said yes but they have nothing available right now.
Suggested solution:
I think they should make sure they stay open until 6pm like the hours say and for them to make sure they have enough until the end of the day. This was horrible to close nearly 30 minutes early probably just so they can be out at exactly 6pm.
