My complaint:
This has happened twice that I have visited this location. The first time I was headed out of town and it was early in the morning and this location is a prime location because it is just before you get on the Interstate 75 or getting off. So there is a lot of traffic thru out the area. We stopped in to grab breakfast right when the facility was starting up in the morning. The one employee was sleeping in her car. The other employee had to come get her so she could open.
The second time was today, 62721, Fl is operating at 100%. They have their doors closed and it is drive thru only. Dunkin Donuts never had their doors closed before. Only required masked wearing. I believe this location has staff issues.
Suggested solution:
Check on staff or management.
