My complaint:
The manager in charge at the time of the visit on 2192021@7:17:55pm had a sign placed on the bathroom door saying: out of service. This sign is always posted on the door because the manager does not want to clean after the customer. I asked him about the recurrent sign always posted there during the time of his shift, he was reluctant to answer my question, he said you can file any complaint you want but the bathroom is still out of service.

Bathrooms are an essential part of customer satisfaction and should always be available. Look around for your competitors, they do not provide cheat excuses to their customers. Unfortunately, I did not take a picture of the sign placed on the bathroom door because I did not know I could upload it to your site. Sorry for that. That manager attitude is a problem.
