My complaint:
As regular latte customers my wife and I have been served very luke warm Hot Lattes 4 times in the past month (twice this week). Three times we have immediately gotten out of our car to ask for new lattes. The new lattes were not much warmer. We have been regular latte customers for two years and this wasn’t the case until this year. Unfortunately, we will be going elsewhere for our lattes.
Suggested solution:
Check to see why the lattes are being served barely warm instead of hot. If the temperature is found to be the Dunkin Donuts standard, we will not be back.
