My complaint:

It tasted burnt and was not drinkable and when I brought the issue to the women in charge she said if I remake it, it will taste the same, her attitude was very put out. This Dunkin is on the way to work and
I buy a large ice coffee every day, now I will not!!!

Suggested solution:

Educate them, teach them that burnt coffee is disgusting and NOT my fault.
