Duke Energy complaint: Wrong billing- NO ONE WILL HELP ME

My complaint:

I used a total of $1871 for the months of January 2022 to November 4, 2022. I paid a total of $1614. I have contacted them on 5 different times with each ending in the same wrong amount they are saying i still owe $222 plus additional $161.75. n No one will take the time and actually add up the amount; i just keep being told that their computer system is never wrong and I owe what it says. I have never been so frustrated in my life.

Suggested solution:

Honestly, for the time I have put in and the stress that each one of their representatives has inflicted they need to acknowledge that they were wrong each one should have to apologize for the way i have been treated and some form of compensation for my time.....which is approximately 15 hours now......so they need to make this right!!!!!!!
