My complaint:
A large puece of a pine tree landed on the power lines during the past hurricane causing us to lose power for 4 days. then a out every 3 days in the month of october the fuse would blow and the same 8 houses are without power. The kicker here is they just keep coming to replace the fuse and its 3 feet away from the trees laying on the wire.
Suggested solution:
cut the limbs laying on the line
