My complaint:
My electric bill went up by 12 in January 2022 and another 14 in February2022 making my bill almost doubled in two month. I heat my house with woos and gas so my bill stays around $100mo. I request that Duke energy send out a tech -ician to troubleshooting the problem.
There is a new electric line next store that was hooked up just when my bill shot up. I suspect my meter is picking up the electric use from this new construction site.
Suggested solution:
Send out a technician to troubleshoot the problem.
