My complaint:
At about 7.30am on 10 sept, a lady airport officer of brown hair, plum and tall, rudely took the passport and a farb gel away from a lady passenger. She acted rudely, aggresively and in a threatening manner and caused much distress to the lady passenger. She is obviously not aware that this farb gel is legal in Ireland and UK. It is also a best selling self defence spray: www.farbgel.com.
I demand an explanation and what is your response on this complaint.
