My complaint:
This airport held my bag from my connecting flight. They then didn’t process my bag so no one could find it for 5 days and then when given the go ahead to return by bag home after 7 days they sent it the completely wrong location. I have racked up to £3000 worth of costs, this includes airport parking, emotional damage and loss of my holiday. I want to file a formal complaint against the baggage handling team, aer lingus and Dublin airport.
Suggested solution:
Return my bloody bag!
