My complaint:

We are senior citizens with physical disabilities. We arrived early but had trouble locating bag drop off. We had Fast Track on our flight but could not find signs for it. We asked and no one knew. We ended up in regular security and followed all the instructions precisely. The Irish gentlemen who took our bags were helpful and thorough. Our bags went through the scanner and we were told where to stand to retrieve them. We stood there for 10 minutes as there was only one man and he was backed up. Finally a woman came out and grabbed my bag. We waved to her from where we were told to stand since we could not get near her through the crowd. She became very indignant and nasty because we could not get over there. We told her we were going to miss our flight. She said she didn’t care and we were not even close to missing it. That apparently angered her. She rummage through the back pulling out personal items and holding them up laughing. Then the man wanted the back pack. He said it was finished then she whipped to him. He said it needed to gogo through the scanner again. He stood back there for a long time. The back park finally came through completely emptied out into the bin. He broke all my pens and pencils. He emptied out my prescription medication into the bin. He opened all my personal items and scattered them. He continued to laugh the entire time.
There was absolutely no reason for him to treat us like this. We saved for years and years for our visit to Ireland. He treated us like garbage and criminals. My prescriptions were ruined and I now must to try to purchase more in a foreign country.
We arrived at the gate just before boarding was complete.

Dr. C. Livingston

Suggested solution:

I do not want any monetary benefit, I ask that they cease treating innocent, law abiding citizens abusively, out of pure prejudice. I would ask that security be prevented from violating the civil rights of passengers who have done nothing wrong. There is no excuse for this.
