My complaint:
I logged into my account on my son’s computer when I didn’t have my phone. They restricted me and eventually after putting me through bunch of bs deactivated account. They kept my money and won’t pay me the balance on account.
Suggested solution:
Give me the money on my account. I don't want to do business with them anymore so screw my account.
