My complaint:

My account was locked due to “suspicious activity”- I was originally asked to send in photo ID verification which I did. I was then asked for bank statements from the last 60 days for 2 different accounts which I did. I was then told I needed to also send my most current bank statement which I did. I am being told that in order to unlock my account I need debit card statements which don’t exist. I have been trying for weeks now to resolve this issue. I have sent every piece of documentation asked of me and still they will not unlock my account so that I can withdraw money I have on there. I’m extremely upset and hopefully this can get resolved so I can withdraw my winnings and never use DraftKings again.

Suggested solution:

Unlock my account.
