My complaint:
I have worked with DD for over 5 years and 10k deliveries. I have NEVER had good customer service and I have literally been driven homeless as a result of taking this position. I have years of documented false ratings and issues that arise from such; and I have the documented calls for support that never, ever end up resolving any issue for me.
I have been made homeless as a result of working for DD.
Suggested solution:
Engage in honest brokerage, contact me personally and fix the issues described in their false ratings. I would appreciate compensation for the endless struggle I have had that left me homeless, while working 60 hours a week for them.
