My complaint:
I’ve been trying to fill out an application to become a door Dasher. I filled out the app and they found my old account. They advised me to update my mew email since I couldn’t get into the app with an old one. They updates it from their end. Now everytime I go into the app to start dashing it KICKS ME OUT OF THE APP and says WEBPAGE ERROR !!! I understand that I may need a background check considering its been a while but why is it kicking me out of the account? I’ve been calling for a week now. Either the door dash customer service hangs up on me or I just give up of trying to explain to FOREIGN REPRESENTATIVE that try to speak over you and or keep repeating themselves like their FREAKING ROBOTS and not really trying to understand what your saying. I’m TIRED OF IT!! IM GOING TO UBER EATS! They listen and really try to understand what’s going on with ur account. DOOR DASH SUCKS!!!! IT IS A GENERIC WATER DOWN VERSION OF UBER EATS!
Suggested solution:
I wanted to drive for them to make some extra money. But the stress is even worth it.
