My complaint:
I have ordered a subway sandwich with DoorDash on January 9, 2022 around 2:44pm. The driver did not come to my door with my order. Instead, they left it in the call box area that leads to the lobby. This is a big No-No! The lobby and call box area is very unsafe place to leave any items since there’s a high risk of theft. I’ve had items I bought that were left in the call box several times and it got stolen. Luckily I had an honest neighbor who saw this and was going to take it up to my apartment, at the same time I was heading downstairs to fetch my food, praying it didn’t get stolen. I was thankful of her honesty.
Suggested solution:
If I was the manager, I’d either give a warning, depending on how many errors this driver have made in the past, or fire the driver.
