DoorDash complaint: Driver didn’t deliver food

My complaint:

I ordered from papa John’s and they used a door dash driver with Florida number 863 267 8230 he claimed he was on his way after going to wrong address us bank. I texted my address and never received food. I called door dash and they refused to tell me where driver was.

Suggested solution:

I want door dash to do a better background check make sure a driver knows simple directions if they call customer they should be accountable to deliver food.
