My complaint:

I find it it extremely unreasonable and highly inconvenient that Arron Smith ordered his food at 9:40 this night(May 12th) and was forced to cancel it because of the fact it was supposedly “too late” to order from doordash when the person who was supposed to pick it up wasn’t aware of their time management and caused the order to be cancelled. We have a son to feed and this was highly irresponsible because we had an expectation to be receiving our food for our family tonight and now have to unfortunately go out with our newborn to get food which is highly unacceptable.

Suggested solution:

Be more aware of time management.
