My complaint:
I ordered Italian food through Doordash and when I received it the chicken parmigiana was burnt and had very little cheese on it and the fettuccine Alfredo had no sauce on it. I reported this to Doordash several times, provided pictures and everything and they keep denying my claim, hanging up on me and won’t help me.
Suggested solution:
I initially wanted my food made right and redelivered but now I want my money back.
