My complaint:

I placed the order on doordash app for panera Bread. Cancelled the order within 30 seconds of placing the order as store said they are out of few items. I did not realise my refund would be just 10% of total amount paid. I am fighting for that refund from past 2 days. panera bread manager also spoke to doordash agent on conference call saying it was cancelled from their end. still doordash is not helping with my refund of 56.32$. I will never use doordash again if they don’t resolve this. I have always been a loyal customer and this is what they do.

Suggested solution:

Provide complete refund back to original payment method
