My complaint:
I work as a driver in Dordash, I received an order for 9 customers and the entire order did not fit in my car (the company knows the size of my car). I contacted support, the employee removed some of the orders, and promised to compensate the money and that my rating would not decrease. It was a deception. My “completion” rating dropped by 4 points. When I found out about this, another support employee wrote that it was not my fault and that my rating would be restored. But this was also a deception. Support staff systematically deceive drivers with ratings. A reduced rating does not provide an opportunity to earn money and does not provide good orders. This is the second time they have deceived me with the rating, I think they do this all the time with other drivers. I need to file a complaint against the company for cheating and restore my rating, I work honestly and want justice for my work. Thank you
