My complaint:
I made an order from McDonald’s and did not receive all of the items in my order. After using their in app help support they just said sorry they couldn’t offer me my refund. They had me pay for food that I never received and will not give my money back. This is not the first time this has happened to me and has made me not want to continue using their service
Suggested solution:
They need to refund my for my messing items and compensate me for having to do all of this to get it resolved.
