My complaint:
Door dash took my money knowing they had no dashers the order was placed at 3:04pm and stated it would take 38 to 46 mins. When an hour and a half went by I attempted to cancel the 22.91 order door dash said if I did they would only provide $7 bc the order was in process. Yet when I called the store they hadn’t even gotten the order so I wait expecting door dash to use common sense and see this isn’t OK no instead the deliver someone else order over 3 hours later. Their resolution is to give me $5 even though that doesn’t get me my correct order I refuse to spend more money to get what I already paid for. I have been told by 3 employees including one supervisor I’d get my refund and no refund. They claim no on could reach me but I’ve had the same number and address since opening the account.
Suggested solution:
I would like my money back, it tool over 3 hours to never get MY order. I've also been given the run around for over a week.
