My complaint:
I place an order with Subway using the door dash app. Ir showed me that it will take 35 minutes. So, when the dasher finally gets to Subway my food is not even prepared at all because they ran out of the bread that I wanted. My dasher Jennifer called me to let me know and I stated I will be calling door dash for the simple fact the store does not have our number to contact us if anything gors wrong. So, my food was not even ready pick up. I called Door dash and they are refusing to give me my money back after my food was not even made in the first place. The rep said I have to wait 5-7 days instead of putting my money back on my card period.
Suggested solution:
Give me back my money asap
