My complaint:
I ordered Starbucks through the door dash app on 09/01/ I ordered matcha tea Frappuccino as well mocha cookie crumble Frappuccino and a birthday cake pop that I didn’t receive.Also the same day I ordered 14 piece chicken meal and Oreo crème cheesecake that I didn’t receive I called doordash spoke to two customer service representatives one of them told me that I didn’t have a account with them but how was I able to order as well I have a receipt so basically she was trying to call me a liar the first person I spoke to he wasn’t trying to help me all I want is my money back off of those two items and doordash isn’t trying to give me my money they kept my money off of something that I didn’t receive.It’s not right and it’s not fair to paying customers.
Suggested solution:
By giving me my money back for those 2 items.
