My complaint:

Tried to add DasherDirect card to Venmo, was told exp date or cvv was wrong so Doordash put a “temporary 24 hour” block on my card so I could not access my earnings. After 24hrs it was not removed. Called support and they said they could not fix it and someone would call me. No one did. Called again next day and was being helped but was hung up on. Called multiple times again and each person said they could not unblock the card and someone else wil call in 24-48 hours.
How can a 24 block go longer than what they stated. Email said to call support if help needed to unblock with no “business hours” listed (all support agents said the department I needed was closed for the day and each agent stated different business hours)
24 hour block was clearly a lie and all agents refuse to help.
