My complaint:
I placed my order with Panera.s at 5:37(verified wirg Paneras). I was given a delivery time of between 6:15 and 6::20. i received your tracking site.I showed ^:30 then 6:45, 7:05, The driver who barely spoke English called and asked me for directions ,she then arrived at 7:10. She claims she just got the order.??????????????????. Panera’s is about 3.5 miles away. what can you say about this?
