DoorDash complaint: Carpet cleaner with the cord cut completely off

My complaint:

Yesterday I used DoorDash to order a caret cleaner to use before our furniture was being delivered. I received the order and the cord was cut clean off the carpet cleaner. I called the store and they stated once the item leaves our premises DoorDash accepts complete responsibility. I have called, emailed, and chatted and so far I am only being reimbursed $12.53 for a $150 carpet cleaner. This is unacceptable and unethical. I need to be reimbursed for this item or I will be forced to open a claimcomplaint against DoorDash.

Reimburse me for the entire amount of the carpet cleaner.
