My complaint:
I ordered pizza and wings to be delivered and when the order arrived it was the wrong flavored wings. I ordered honey bbq and they brought us some wings with white sauce all Over them I am not even sure what kind they are. I called to tell them and was told they would deliver the right wings then waited they never arrived so I called back and asked where the wings were they had not fixed the order. When I told the manager we were waiting for the wings and not the pizza was cold we should be able to get a hot pizza he said how is it unfair we did the pizza right and you could of ate it hot. Um I wanted pizza and wings not pizza by itself I ordered pizza and wings together. He was not a very nice manager no customer service skills. Never had a problem before and we stopped going to Pizza Hut and started ordering at Dominoes now I am so disappointed with this situation and boy we eat pizza a lot now days
Suggested solution:
It could of been resolved with a $5.99 medium pizza I ordered and the $5.99 wings the right ones
So now I would like to have a gift card to eat a hot pizza and wings the right ones
