My complaint:
Ordered a pizza at 11:44 said order was placed. Never recieved a call or anything pizza never came. I am a very loyal customer and not happy with service. Called and spoke with manager James he really didnt even seem to care or tried to solve the problem.
Suggested solution:
Send the pizzas that I had ordered free of charge.
