My complaint:
I am a frequent customer of Dominos pizza. I always order through the app. I’ve had minor problems in the past but I mostly kept coming back.
Today, April 23, 2020 I placed an order through the app at 1:10PM for delivery. It’s 2:33PM and I’m sitting here at domino’s while they’re just making my order right now….
I called at 2:13PM asking for the status of my order and they told me it was ready but they just have one delivery guy so it was delayed. I told the guy I was going to pick it up myself then since I live 2 blocks away.
I arrived here at 2:20PM and they did not even start my order..I was told it was ready just waiting for the delivery driver to come back.
As of now, 2:35PM my order is STILL not ready.
I called before hand and I was lied to.
Suggested solution:
Please have honest employees...
