Complaint: Worst service, worst employees and manager I’ve dealt with over the phone.

My complaint:

I Ordered almost an hour ago before i had to call to cancel. I’ve ordered from the Dominos app and received the notification where it says the lizza is out of the oven but never had a driver delivered it for almost an hour after receiving the notification. I called to check on the pizza and the employee that picked up the phone was constantly rude interrupting me every time i was trying to explain that i wanted the pizza to be fresh when it gets delivered to my house.

I called a 2nd time almost 30 minutes later to cancel my order. The first person who picked the phone that 2nd time was very respectful but then finally the manager Jordan picked up the phone and just said: Yeah, your order is cancelled. He didn’t explain the process, or if i was to recieve a notification of when or how would i get my money back when i payed with my card thru the app.

I’ve ordered from domino’s a lot of other times. I’ve never had to deal with this service. Employees are rude, manager is rude. Better training on customer service is needed.
