My complaint:

Hello, first of all I am aregular customs… I made an order on 972820 at the FALLS ROAD Location in Rocky Mount,NC …. So when my food didn’t arrive in over a hour I called and ask what was the problem which it normally arrives in bout 20 mins… I spoke with the manager JEFF and he got really nasty…If this is the type of service I have to deal with when I’m spending my money then you will lose me as a customer…. He has no people skills at all… Plus he Wouldn’t give me his employee number to me so I can contact you about the incident…I like your food but if I have ya deal with people like that especially managers then I will take my business some where else… By the way my name is STEVE WHITAKER ….
